Robert Thorn is a mixed media artist conjuring from Hauntington Beach, California. Thorn draws inspiration from the classic monster movies, old woodcuts, and PUNK ROCK ‘N’ ROLL. If he’s not in his shop painting or in his garage printing his designs, you can usually find him either kicking back watching the classic monster movies or driving around in his 1964 Cadillac hearse.

Funeral Classics is Thorns store front in Fountain ‘Death’ Valley in which you can buy Thorns hand printed designs and paintings, but exclusively at his shop, you can also find a mix of similarly themed collectables, records, comic books, and other treasures he has collected.

Thorns most glorious find is the original Frankenstein prop head that Jack Pierce used as a model in the 1931 film Frankenstein. Currently Thorn is displaying the head at conventions he vends at and is hoping to broaden its reach and make it more accessible for fans.
